Criteria:
The Award is meant to reward the employee who goes above and beyond expectations to support the company’s success, . The winner will be the person that has the most impressive performance gains over the past year.
Entries must:

- In 100 words, how you have improved or increased skills, training and development opportunities, whether through accredited qualifications programs or local workplace initiatives?
- Illustrate in 250 words your contribution to product & company innovation, brand positioning in the market as well as overall company turnover success.
